Dance performance with costumes, 40 min

Tvåtakt (Two Stroke) is a duet and a performance collaboration between Ingela Ihrman and choreographer Stina Nyberg. It’s borne out of their visions of the tongue as a muscle, a liar, a sensous organ, an alien within, the love of dads and their love of cars, and an experience of being two rather than one.

Departing from a shared interest in the shortcomings of the body and physical metaphors Ingela and Stina are engaging in a research together, both visiting the other artist’s creative process with curiousity and shame.

Two Stroke was produced and premiered at Hägerstensåsens Medborgarhus in December 2023.
